I help people look at how they are delivering their business agenda and identify the underlying issues hindering this. I do this by listening carefully to what I am told and, acting as a critical friend, asking questions to help clarify the issues, identify appropriate action and then support them in taking that action. As a coach I encourage people to explore how they operate in their organisation, how they maximise their talents and skills, also helping them look where they operate less successfully and how they can handle this. I help leaders consider what impact they have on their team(s) and how to harness their teams’ potential.
